By approving and signing this proposal, you confirm that:
1. You have reviewed and approve the proposal for the selected platform.
2. Project begins on receipt of 50% advance payment within 3 business days of approval.
3. Logo, product images, and brand content to be shared within 7 days of project kickoff.
4. Scope changes requested after design sign-off may attract additional charges.
5. All third-party platform, hosting, and payment gateway costs are paid directly by the client.
6. Post-launch retainer is optional and not included in this agreement unless separately confirmed.
7. This proposal is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
